How long does shipping/delivery take?

From the date of your Order, allow 1 - 3 working days for your order to be packed, processed and delivered (Mon-Fri, excluding weekends and bank holidays). Unless the item is from a pre-order, which will have a set shipping date communicated in advance. Once processed & dispatched, please allow 48hrs for UK delivery.

I need to change my delivery address?

For security reasons, we are not able to change the address your order is being sent to. If you've made a spelling error/forgotten door number, please get in touch within 24hrs of the order date so we can correct that for you.

Im still waiting for my order?

Has your estimated delivery date passed? Please allow a few extra days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times). If your order doesn’t arrive, please let us know within 7 days of the date by which your order should have been delivered and we’ll do our best to help you.
